1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use c9999's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to participate in online betting and gaming in the country or region where you reside.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporate entity or automated system.
• The same person may not open more than one account.
• You must not be a person who is temporarily banned, either voluntarily or by c9999's decision.

2 Account Registration and Security

When creating an account at c9999, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in bonus forfeiture and account cancellation.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.
• If the information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, c9999 reserves the right to close the account at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

c9999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

• c9999 may request government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method documentation.
• If the requested documents are not provided within a reasonable time, the account may be restricted or closed.
• If the documents provided are found to be forged or misleading, the account will be cancelled immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to transactions at c9999:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c9999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)

• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are made to the same method used for the deposit. In exceptional cases, the support team may arrange an alternative.
• In cases of suspicious activity, c9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5).

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered at c9999:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, total balance ৳31,000.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 wagered, after which bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used in the game categories designated by c9999 — unless otherwise stated.
• c9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of account creation for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or any other fraudulent activity, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be activated unless specifically permitted.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games at c9999 are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, c9999 will make a decision in accordance with its policies.
• Displayed betting limits and game rules must be followed at all times.
• Exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• c9999 reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any game or service at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated fraudulent betting to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to play games.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain unauthorized access to c9999 systems.
• Harassing, intimidating or insulting other users.
• Providing false or misleading information.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability
